This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services, apps and websites offered by LetsGo or our subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

Information Collection and Use

According to the European Commission, "personal data is any information relating to an individual, whether it relates to his or her private, professional or public life. It can be anything from a name, a home address, a photo, an email address, bank details, posts on social networking websites, medical information, or a computer’s IP address." Personal Information includes but is not limited to identifiers such as an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a person. We do not consider information that has been anonymized, aggregated or encrypted so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person or non-personal or device-level information to be personal information. To the extent LetsGo collects personal information, we require your explicit consent in order to process the data and provide LetsGo’s services, which you may withdraw at any time by sending a request to Lets Go Digital. Absent explicit consent, LetsGo is authorized to collect and process personal information about you when the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, like the Terms of Service or in furtherance of LetsGo’s legitimate business interests, such as in improving, personalizing, and developing the services, and promoting safety and security as described herein.

Information We Collect

LetsGo may collect the following types of information:

 Log information - When you access LetsGo’s services via a browser, application or other client, our servers automatically record certain information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information, the date and time of your request, information you provide for your profile and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.

User communications - When you send email or other communications to LetsGo, we may retain your message, email address, and contact information in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve LetsGo’s services. When you send and receive SMS messages to or from one of LetsGo’s services that provides SMS functionality, we may collect and maintain information associated with those messages, such as the phone number, the wireless carrier associated with the phone number, the content of the message, and the date and time of the transaction. We may use your email address to communicate with you about LetsGo’s services.

Third Party Applications - LetsGo may make available third party applications, such as gadgets or extensions, through our services. The information collected by LetsGo when you enable a third party application is processed under this Privacy Policy. Information collected by the third party application provider is governed by their privacy policies. For example, we share your location entries with third-party mapping providers to provide the requested search results and, if you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we share your email addresses, first and last names with MailChimp to provide you with periodic communications on our behalf.

Location data - LetsGo offers location-enabled services. If you use those services, LetsGo may receive information about your actual location (such as GPS signals sent by a mobile device) or information that can be used to approximate a location (such as a cell ID). Location services can be disabled or controlled on most mobile devices.

 Links – LetsGo may keep track of how you interact with links across LetsGo's services by redirecting clicks or through other means. This enables us to improve our services, to provide more relevant advertising, and to aggregate click statistics.

Advertising – LetsGo’s services may, in the future, be supported by advertising. Your personal information may be used to customize our advertising to make it more relevant and effective.

Contests - If you contact LetsGo or participate in a survey, contest, or promotion, we collect the information you submit such as your name, contact information, and message.

Other sites - This Privacy Policy applies to LetsGo’s services only. We do not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results, sites that include LetsGo links, products or services, or links from within our various services. Some of the information collected is personal information under the GDPR. This personal information may be necessary in order to use LetsGo’s services. You may also provide other personal information through your use of LetsGo’s services, dispute resolution, or when you otherwise communicate with LetsGo regarding our services.You may purposely or inadvertently provide personal information about someone else, for example someone’s home address. We may transfer your personal information to service providers and other partners for processing, based on our instructions, and in compliance with this policy and all applicable laws. For example, LetsGo uses third-party providers to provide our services, such as web hosting, and to help us understand and improve the use of our services, such as Google Analytics.  Personal Information of Children

LetsGo’s services are intended for an adult audience or for use by minors who have permission from a parent or legal guardian. It is not possible for us to determine if personal information is being provided by or on behalf of a minor. To the extent LetsGo receives personal information regarding a minor, it is understood that such personal information was supplied with the consent of said minor’s parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may contact us at any time to request access, correction, restriction or deletion of the personal information of a minor.

LetsGo will abide by any law which governs your right to access, modify or delete your personal information.
